The Jenman Group is an education and training company.
Our clients are estate agents.
We design business systems which focus upon ETHICS
IN REAL ESTATE
We conduct seminars for managers and salespeople. We provide
support to implement our systems, which are known as The
Jenman System.
We receive our income from seminars, support services
and from granting licenses to agents who use our system.
We also assist agents with
recruitment.
We are not affiliated with any real estate institution.
We do not receive income from home sellers and buyers. We
do provide advice, at no charge, to home sellers and buyers.
We oppose many common real estate methods which we believe
are contrary to the best interests of home sellers and buyers.
Our stance has made us unpopular with some agents. However,
agents using our system are the most successful in Australia.
Our system is hugely popular with home sellers and home
buyers.
Although controversial among agents, The Jenman System
is now acclaimed as the most ethical system in the industry.
We are committed to changing the real estate world with
a new style of estate agent, one who can be trusted by all
consumers.

In 2001 we introduced Jenman APPROVED.
Consumers can now instantly recognise agents approved by
The Jenman System. Only the finest agents are invited to
join APPROVED. The APPROVED Code is based on what is best
for the consumers, not the agents.
Our mission is for all home sellers and buyers to choose
an agent who uses The Jenman System.
We want you to APPROVE of Jenman APPROVED. We want to
be your first and only choice. To receive this honour, we
know we have to be the best. Only then can we be first.
