Get-rich-quick spruiker Henry Kaye wants to silence his critics. But when it came to explaining his latest scheme - "I'll make 5 ordinary Australians into 'Property Millionaires in just 6 months" - Kaye was rather silent himself yesterday.

Kaye called a media conference in Sydney to promote his latest series of seminars. However, he discovered that those asking questions were somewhat more experienced than his usual targets – naïve and inexperienced investors.

It took almost half an hour for Kaye to explain what he meant by 'Property Millionaire'. He meant a person who has their name attached, in some form, to a property with a value of a million dollars. A broad definition which could even include spray painting one's name on an office building.

Kaye finally conceded that it may take 10 years (or even longer) for a person to become a real millionaire. He did not explain why he needed to find five people to become millionaires considering he has taught his "innovative" strategies to more than 100,000 people.

Not one 'ordinary Australian', from the 100,000 he has taught, has come forward to prove that Henry Kaye can do anything other than earn millions of dollars for himself from his promises.

He may want to silence his critics, but the people being most silent around Henry Kaye are the "ordinary Australians" he claims he has helped, those "thousands of enlightened clients" he refers to in his advertisements..

Although his latest advertisement says his methods "produce extreme wealth rapidly", Kaye denies he is a get-rich-quick peddler. He also denied that his advertisement was misleading. He did admit, however, that he was looking for new clients. At least a thousand.

At $15,000 each, that's a cool $15 million for Henry. Still, it's but a fraction of what he has already taken from thousands of naïve investors.
